(٭) - indirect assessment

Personality test (Occupational Personality Questionnaire)

OPQ32 is a standardized, adapted to Lithuanian norm groups, self-assessment type questionnaire, developed by SHL - an international provider of assessment methods. Purpose of the test is to obtain information about the typical behaviour of employee in work situations or the typical work style. Results of the test provide information about 32 different personality features, which are summarized in 3 main blocks: relationship with people, manner of thinking and emotions /feelings. Likewise, results of the test enable to analyze what management style and roles the employee chooses in team work.

Behavioural (competency based) interview

Structured conversation where, according to a previously developed plan, issues related to particular competencies are discussed on the basis of employee`s specific behaviour in the past in critical situations (positive or negative) related to work.

Situation simulations tasks

A situation corresponding to real work environment is used in assessment. Task of the employee is to live their part in a specific role and make decisions / act in compliance with the task. Situations from different business areas and different tasks are used for simulation tasks (i.e. analysis of documents, presentations, discussions, role plays, etc.).

Analytical ability tests

Standardized tests of verbal and numerical reasoning ability worked out by SHL. Tests enable to analyze employee ability of working with numerical and verbal type of information, see relevancies and make conclusions, as well as intellectual ability of employee in general in order to determine their training potential.
